With 24+ years in IT and consulting, I lead Capgemini’s Package-Based Solutions business across APAC, driving transformation programs in CPR, and Manufacturing using SAP, Oracle, and niche platforms. I serve as UK Business Unit Leader in India, lead Package-Based Services for Capgemini UK, and actively contribute to Capgemini’s SAP community—fostering solution excellence, delivery innovation, and capability building across teams.

My usual work day

I spend my day engaging with client CXOs, aligning Capgemini’s capabilities to their transformation goals. I work closely with delivery teams and regional leaders to ensure execution excellence, while mentoring future leaders across our 9000+ practitioner base. My role is about enabling scale, consistency, and growth through structured models and talent development.

Since 2005, I’ve held roles from Programme Manager to UK BU India Head, and now Vice President for APAC PBS. I’ve led high-growth business units, pioneered public sector delivery models, and driven capability building for 15,000+ SAP professionals. What drives me is the opportunity to build teams, shape strategy, and deliver meaningful outcomes.

I’ve led transformation programs for a global entertainment company in the U.S. and a leading beverage company in the UK—both involving complex delivery models and multi-country coordination. I’ve also helped turn around several high-risk programs, converting deep red projects into green, and built replicable delivery frameworks that improved Capgemini’s overall capability.

My personal life

My wife, a practicing doctor, and I enjoy raising our two sons in Mumbai. I cherish early morning swimming routines with them and their piano recitals—supporting each other across diverse, demanding professions. Family time is where I recharge and nurture life beyond work.
