How do you feel in the morning getting up and going to work at Capgemini?

It feels like going from one home to another. My travelling is engrossed with the tasks to deliver and be prepared for the ad-hoc deliverables.

What do you love about your job?

Collaboration with one and all in the facility. Also, an opportunity to closely work with all the teams in the office and not just limit to one team; and also liaising with various external bodies.  

How does Capgemini empower you to master your skills?

The scalability at which I work is a learning curve for me. Capgemini empowers me by giving me the roles and responsibilities as per my calibre.

How does Capgemini help support your sense of purpose in your career?

Enrolling me for various pieces of training which will enhance my skills. A free hand to practice my experience and not confine me to a particular methodology.

How does Capgemini give you the autonomy to make decisions?

Capgemini gives me a sense of freedom, boldness and fun at work. Freedom to take important decisions, Boldness to overcome the toughest situation and fun by being a part of success and celebrations.

What do you love about the way of working at Capgemini?

An open culture where each employee receives respect and sense of appreciation of the hard work puts in. The infrastructure and facilities, and most of all smiles on the faces when I cross the path.

How does this all combine for you to have the passion for what you do?

The sense of belongingness motivates me further to perform my best. Being a part of a function which works 24*7 and is the backbone of Capgemini drives my passion towards my work.

What was the most memorable moment in your Capgemini journey?

I cherish the proud moments of Land breaking and subsequent Inauguration after 3 years of 35 Acres flagship campus of 13,000+ seats and 18L sqft Airoli, Mumbai; could contribute to the overall effort of focused vision, several years of hard work and doing up a beautiful office space.
