I felt supported and confident from the start. I also had the opportunity to meet my people manager, on day one, who clarified important aspects. It was a smooth and enjoyable integration process.

The India Continuous Assimilation Program was a great way for me to settle into my new role. It helped clear up any doubts I had, from understanding company policies to knowing the opportunities available for growth. The program also introduced the possibility of switching projects or skill sets, which I found exciting as I’m eager to grow my skillset in different areas.
