Capgemini India interview rounds overview 

The Capgemini India interview process is designed to be thorough, transparent, and tailored to the role you’re applying for. Whether you’re a fresher or an experienced professional, your journey from application to onboarding typically includes the following stages:

Stage 1: First interview

  • If successful: You may be invited for a second interview or directly progress to the offer stage, depending on the role requirements.
  • If not selected: Our recruiters will provide constructive feedback to help you in future applications.

Stage 2: Second interview

  • If successful: You’ll move forward to receive an offer.
  • If not selected: Feedback will be provided by the recruiter.

Role-based variations

The number of interview rounds and assessment types may vary based on:

How will I be contacted for interviews?

All interview-related communication from Capgemini India will be sent exclusively through our official ATS/CRM system. These messages will include Microsoft Teams meeting invites for virtual interviews. Capgemini India does not use any other platforms for conducting interviews. Please ensure you regularly check your registered email address for updates and invitations.

Do not respond. Immediately report it to the Interview Helpdesk DL (cg_interview_helpdesk.in@capgemini.com)  for verification.

The interview process timeline at Capgemini India varies depending on the role, business need, and candidate profile. Our Talent Acquisition team ensures that candidates are kept informed throughout the journey.
