We kicked off our week with a busy first day, presenting five sessions from across the Capgemini portfolio. Up first was Capgemini’s, Naresh Khanduri with his, standing-room-only session on, How to Deliver the Unique Experience to Customers. Followed by CX expert, Dave Harrelson from Capgemini, who discussed, How You Can Talk Conversational Commerce, quickly followed by his second presentation of the day on, how you can take commerce to the fast lane with Capgemini rapid digital transformation. Closing out a successful day 1 were two of our speakers, Canidium, with a live presentation from the Capgemini booth theatre on, how one of their clients drives global growth using SAP Sales Cloud CPQ and then we passed the microphone over to PPG Industries, who took to the stage at the end of the day to discuss, how they chose SAP C/4 HANA as their new CRM platform for a new world of customer experience.

Day one finally concluded with Capgemini’s global experts discussing their take-aways from the event and potential upcoming announcements for day 2.

Day two saw many of our experts engaging with clients and participating in booth demos around Seamless Commerce for Enterprise and Fast Digital 4 Discrete Industries – Customer 360. Raymond Bordogna from Capgemini Invent was the first to kick off our day of sessions, taking centre chair on an executive panel discussion with; Swinkels Family, Atlantic Grupa, Forrester and SAP, on, Marketing with Purpose. This was followed by another sold-out session with global customer experience Director, Naresh Khanduri discussing, Delivering a Unique Experience. Then back over to our friends at Canidium for a presentation on, how their clients drive global growth using SAP Sales Cloud CPQ. Capgemini Vice President, Dave Harrelson, finished a session-full day and took to the stage to lead a discussion on, why subscription commerce is key to B2B success.

We closed out our last day at SAP CX Live with a round up of events from our two global CX and SAP C/4 HANA experts, Tomasz Wysocki and Aurelien Segond.
