Capgemini’s Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE) is a network of 22 global centers where we work with our clients to deliberate on solutions to navigate complex change in an exceptionally productive environment with a best in class facilitation capability.
PostNord’s senior leadership visited Capgemini’s ASE in Bengaluru, India in April 2018. The agenda was to engage in deep dive sessions with the Capgemini team to understand Capgemini’s various capabilities and offerings from the digital customer experience areas and how Postnord could leverage them for deeper business value and customer delivery.
This was followed by drawing the digital transformation-map (t-map) for Postnord, and a detailed Digital Customer Experience presentation about multi-channel digital marketing solutions and omnichannel customer engagement.
