Join Capgemini at Headspring’s inaugural event: The Human-Led Future of Work

An evening event, looking at the innovative learning technologies that will lead us into a people-led workplace future: June 12th in London, UK.

AI, Storytelling, Machine Learning, Virtual Reality, Metacognition. Predictions about the future of work often come surrounded by terms that offer very little clarity.

Headspring, a joint venture of the Financial Times and IE Business School, believes that in an AI-led business world the future is still about people – our ability to connect, lead, mentor, communicate, negotiate…

This experiential event, launching the JV, with speakers drawn from business, academics and FT journalists at one of London’s most iconic landmarks, Tower Bridge Walkways, will focus on the impact of AI in the workplace. It will look at the past, present and future of learning to understand how to navigate the sea of emerging technology and understand the real value it has for business.

Joining a panel of respected experts in this field is Joanne Peplow, Head of UK AI Centre of Excellence, Capgemini. Moderated by Liz-Ann Gayle, Global Head of Learning & Innovation, Headspring, the panel will discuss Headspring’s latest research AI on the Horizon, looking at the attitudes, in Europe and UEA, to the integration of AI in the workplace and the complex issues facing HR and L&D teams in implementing AI successfully.
