Mark Esposito, PhD, is recognized internationally as a top global thought leader in matters relating to The Fourth Industrial Revolution, the changes and opportunities that technology will bring to a variety of industries. Author of the The Blockchain Alternative (2017) and creator of The Theory of Fragmentation, Kary is the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer of Capgemini Invent. Before this he was an an Engagement Manager at Fahrenheit-212 (part of Capgemini Invent) with a focus on technology application and commercial strategy.

A visiting lecturer at various B-schools in Europe, he is an Associate Research Scientist with Cambridge, and a Senior Fellow at Ecole des Ponts. In a previous life, he was a legionnaire in the French Foreign Legion and was decorated with the medal of valor for combat interventions in Afghanistan.
