Munich Security Conference 2026

February 13 – 15 2026 | Munich

Welcome to our Munich Security Conference experience

We are delighted being an official sponsor of the Munich Security Conference 2026, taking place from 13 – 15 February 2026, playing a pivotal role in shaping the global security agenda. Join us as we bring together leaders, innovators, and experts for transformative discussions, including our exclusive side event. The Munich Security Conference (MSC) is a leading global forum dedicated to addressing the world’s most pressing security challenges. Held annually in Munich, the conference gathers heads of state, policymakers, industry leaders, and experts from around the globe to exchange views, foster dialogue, and seek collaborative solutions on international security and policy issues.

“Partnering with the MSC reflects our unwavering belief that collaboration and forward-thinking solutions are essential to a safer, more resilient world. Through this partnership, we reaffirm our dedication to shaping a secure future for all.”

Andrea Fellini | CEO, Southern Europe | Member of the Group Executive Board

Our commitment

As an official sponsor of the Munich Security Conference 2026, we are dedicated to advancing global security by fostering innovation, promoting meaningful dialogue, and supporting international cooperation. Our commitment extends beyond sponsorship—we actively engage with leaders and policymakers to address emerging security challenges and drive lasting impact.

Our thought leadership roundtable at MSC

Capgemini will host an official MSC side-event and roundtable discussion as part of the official Munich Security Conference program. This gathering will bring together a selected group of up to 35 military and political leaders alongside industry CxOs. It will take place at the Rosewood Hotel, Salon 1, on Saturday, 14 February 2026, from 13:30 to 15:00 (TBC). The discussion will spark debate on how digital and disruptive technologies, such as agentic AI, can act as force multipliers and augment human capabilities in defense. We will ground this discussion in insights from our latest Capgemini Research Institute report, which examines how integrating software-defined technologies and AI into military and operational capabilities is essential to closing the talent gap and strengthening the human factor in defense. The session will explore how these innovations can enable more agile, ready armed forces and accelerate industrial ramp-up.

Stay tuned for further updates as we confirm the lineup and program details.
