Stephen Hilton was appointed CEO of Capgemini’s Cloud Infrastructure Services in January 2026, at which point he also became a member of the Group Executive Committee.

Stephen joined Capgemini in 2024 as Chief Operating Officer of its Cloud Infrastructure Services, where he has been helping clients globally secure their systems and data, deliver mission-critical infrastructure, transform their employee and customer experience, and safely capture the potential of the cloud.

Before joining Capgemini, Stephen served as COO at Gainwell Technologies, a healthcare technology company, from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, he was a member of the Executive Board at CSC (now DXC Technology), where he led end-to-end delivery for the infrastructure and managed services portfolio.

Stephen has over 25 years of strategic leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

Stephen holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Bristol University in the UK. He lives with his family in Brooklyn, New York.
