Sanjay Chalke has served as CEO of Capgemini in India since January 2026, when he also became a member of the Group Executive Committee.

Sanjay joined Capgemini in 2016 and has held various leadership roles including, COO of Capgemini in India from 2024 to 2025, where he led multiple transformation programs, focused on operational excellence, talent acquisition, delivery assurance, and building cross-functional synergies across business units. He also led Sogeti India at Capgemini, where he drove strategic initiatives to elevate business performance and talent transformation, while building high-performing delivery teams.

Prior to joining Capgemini, Sanjay headed the Global SAP Business at DXC Technologies (formerly CSC), managing cross-functional global teams for key clients. He started his career at Siemens followed by Covansys.

Sanjay holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Mumbai and has also a general executive education in General Management and Leadership from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

In his spare time, Sanjay is a sports aficionado, a marathon runner and an active participant in the community.
