In 2026, Kevin Campbell was appointed CEO Insights & Data at Capgemini, also joining the Group Executive Committee. He leads the delivery of transformative outcomes for clients through Capgemini’s Cloud Data & AI platforms, AI & Data Engineering, Data Strategy, Analytics and Data Science, and Intelligent Process Automation. 

Kevin joined Capgemini in 2024 through the acquisition of Syniti, a software-led services company, where he continues to serve as CEO. In this capacity since 2019, he oversees all aspects of the enterprise data management business, driving strategic growth and operational excellence.

Prior to this, Kevin held various leadership roles including President of Global Consulting and Services at Syniti, Co-COO at Bridgewater Associates, COO at Oscar Health, and Group Chief Executive for both Outsourcing and Technology at Accenture. A Boston College graduate, he has more than 30 years of experience in IT services and consulting. Kevin is known for his visionary leadership, deep client focus, and commitment to building high-performing, inclusive teams.
