Karine Marchat

Karine Marchat is currently the Chief Operating Officer of WNS, acquired by Capgemini in 2025. She became a Member of the Group Executive Committee in July 2023.
 
Previously, Karine has held a variety of finance positions at Capgemini, notably as CFO in Cloud Infrastructure Services, Financial Services and Northern Europe Strategic Business Units, as well as CFO of Capgemini in India. She has also been Head of Business Controlling and Financial consolidation at Group level, and was in charge of the design of the  strategic vision for the Finance function.
 
In order to help grow female talents in finance at Capgemini, Karine has also sponsored various Women Leadership programs.
 
Prior to joining Capgemini in 1993, Karine started her career in 1990 at KPMG, as External Auditor.
 
She studied at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (USA), is a chartered accountant and a graduate of the Audencia Business School (Nantes, France).
