eAPM: See a Smarter path forward

In the digital age, where complexity continues to increase and accelerate, it’s not always easy to see how to move forward—with day-to-day decisions about improving IT performance, or with major transformation initiatives. IT has been stuck with the same balancing act for years now: the need to “perform,” which means increasing IT operational excellence, cutting run costs, and delivering everything faster, and the need to “transform,” which means supporting the move to digital business models and reducing risks. And the old maxim of “do more with less” hasn’t gone away. The business expects IT to perform and transform with a budgeting allocation that is constantly shrinking, at least in percentage terms.
