Cyril Garcia was appointed Global head of Sustainability Services and Corporate Responsibility in 2023. He is responsible for the integration of sustainability across Capgemini’s portfolio of client services, drives the Group’s own sustainability agenda and leads Corporate Social Responsibility activities. Cyril also manages the Sustainability Accelerator and, since 2026, has expanded his responsibilities to include the Intelligent Industry and Defense Accelerators. He has been a member of the Group Executive Board since 2018.
 
Since 2002, Cyril has held multiple leadership roles within Capgemini. He became CEO of Capgemini Invent in 2018, leading the Group’s digital innovation, consulting and transformation brand, as well as sectorial strategy and CSR. Before that, he led Digital Services and served as Head of Capgemini Consulting, after managing consulting operations in France and Spain. From 2010 to 2019, he was a member of the Group Executive Committee.  
 
During the 1990s, Cyril managed many enterprise and public organization transformations in the services, utilities and media sectors while at Bossard Consultants, which he joined in 1993, before the company was acquired by Capgemini in 1997.
 
Since 1999, Cyril has been a member of the German Marshall Fund Fellowship, an American public policy think tank dedicated to the promotion of greater comprehension and cooperation between North America and Europe. He was also appointed to The French Digital Council in 2013.
 
Cyril graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris in 1989.
