Celebrating women every day by embracing inclusion at Capgemini

In honor of International Women’s Day, Capgemini Belgium, in collaboration with the CSR team, hosted an inspiring panel discussion titled “Strong Teams: Why Gender Equality & Inclusion Matters.” Held on March 12th at the Atrium in our Capgemini Park 7 office, the event brought together speakers from across all business lines to share their insights on fostering inclusive workplace environments where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to succeed.

The thought-provoking discussion explored important topics such as building inclusive teams, adapting to new generational needs, extending inclusion to client partnerships, and the lessons learned from personal career journeys. Emphasizing the role of leadership, culture, and collaboration, the conversation highlighted the importance of driving meaningful change in the workplace. The panel discussion was followed by delicious refreshments and networking.
