Career support for people who are affected by the war in Ukraine

Our buddy program connects you with a Capgemini employee. Since each person has different experiences and needs, we offer you different types of support. No matter where in Germany you are, we will find a suitable buddy to help.

What kind of support can I get?

We offer support in three areas:

CV Buddy: You will receive support in creating a winning CV for applications in Germany. Your buddy will explain what you need to look out for and what is important when applying for a job in Germany.
Job Application Buddy: Here you can get help with the application process in Germany. Your buddy will accompany you throughout the process.
Language Buddy: Get a language partner on your side to learn German or English, and possibly also teach them Ukrainian or Russian. There are also group conversation sessions for English and German.

Are there any buddies at my area?

Are there any buddies in my area? We would like to offer the buddy network throughout Germany and are therefore happy about every registration – regardless of the location. Most of the sessions will take place online.

How can I apply?

You can easily sign up via the short Get a Buddy survey and we’ll get back to you shortly. In the survey you can also indicate what support you would like to receive and where you are based. Of course, we accompany you in all steps.
