Keshav Murugesh joined Capgemini’s Group Executive Committee in January 2026, and was appointed Special Advisor to the Group CEO in July 2026.

From 2010, Keshav served as Group CEO of WNS, which was acquired by Capgemini in 2025. As CEO and member of the Board of WNS, he set business strategy and directed overall performance and growth. Prior to that, Keshav held leadership positions in global companies including President and CEO of Syntel Inc. and ITC Ltd. (an affiliate of BAT Plc).

Keshav is Chairman of The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) UK India Business Forum (IBF) and previously served as Chairman of NASSCOM (2019-2020) and Chairperson of its Business Process Management Council (2015-2017).

Committed to societal well-being, he co-founded the WNS Cares Foundation (WCF), which builds resilient communities through education and empowerment initiatives worldwide.

An active angel investor in technology start-ups, Keshav mentors emerging companies and serves as a Chartered Member of TiE Mumbai. He is also co-chief mentor at the Kalpataru Center of Entrepreneurship in Vizag.

Keshav holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Andhra University and an FCA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
