        Mattias Holgersson

        Head of Digital Manufacturing, Capgemini Engineering Nordics
        Mattias joined Capgemini in 2019 after 20 years as an entrepreneur and co-founder of Avalon Innovation, a mid-sized consultant company in Sweden. He started his career at PTC back in 1995 as an Application Engineer. With the knowledge from his time at PTC he started a reseller business within Avalon and worked with PTC as a partner for more than 10 years. Later, he also founded Avalon PLM within the mother company, a VAR for Siemens Industrial Software. This company was later sold and is today known as Nextage. His focus today is to accelerate and grow the Capgemini Digital Manufacturing market share on the Nordic market.
