Accelerate your career within tech and business in Capgemini’s Ignite Graduate Program. This opportunity is for recent and soon-to-be graduates who seek challenges and responsibility right from the start of their careers. We’re also thrilled to meet people who have decided to chart a new course in their career.

As an Igniter, you get a permanent contract right from the beginning and a great opportunity to develop and showcase your skills by solving real-life challenges within interesting customer engagements, specializing in the following, as an example:

About the program

You will start your journey at Capgemini together with other Igniters in a tightly knit group of friends and peers. The program consists of a 7-month period filled with training, courses and mentoring plus the most important part – real-life client project!  

And after the 7 months? Your journey at Capgemini continues as a junior consultant!  

From the start, you will work in a competence team with experienced colleagues, while also having your Ignite team as a safety net. At Capgemini, you will be part of a global network of +350 000 people in around 50 countries. In Finland, we’re some 700 consultants home-based in our modern office spaces either at Ruoholahti, Helsinki or Skinnarila, Lappeenranta.
