Accelerate your career within tech and business in Capgemini’s Ignite Graduate Program. This opportunity is for recent and soon-to-be graduates who seek challenges and responsibility right from the start of their careers. We’re also thrilled to meet people who have decided to chart a new course in their career.

As an Igniter, you will join our 7-month program in a full-time, paid position on a fixed-term contract. For many Igniters, it can open the door to a permanent role with us.

About the program

You will start your journey at Capgemini together with other Igniters in a tightly knit group of friends and peers. The program consists of a 7-month period filled with training, courses and mentoring plus and a real-life client project!

From the start, you will work in a competence team with experienced colleagues, while also having your Ignite team as a safety net. At Capgemini, you will be part of a global network of 420 000 people in around 50 countries. In Finland, we are around 700 consultants based in our modern office spaces in Ruoholahti, Helsinki and Skinnarila, Lappeenranta.
