This opportunity is for recent and soon-to-be graduates who seek challenges and responsibility right from the start of their careers. As an Igniter, you will join our team in a full-time, paid position on a one-year (12 months) fixed-term contract. For many Igniters, it can open the door to a permanent role with us.

About the program

As an Igniter, you will join our team in a full-time, paid position on a one-year (12 months) fixed-term contract. The first half of the program will be dedicated to training, courses and mentoring, while the second half is focused on client work and continued development on your personal career path.

From the start, you will work in a competence team with experienced colleagues, while also having your Ignite team as a safety net. At Capgemini, you will be part of a global network of 420 000 people in around 50 countries. In Finland, we are around 700 consultants based in our modern office spaces in Ruoholahti, Helsinki and Skinnarila, Lappeenranta.
