As an Enterprise Architect Director, I am a leader in the cloud-native practice within our application and cloud technologies (ACT) service line. I have 20 years of IT experience in delivering digital transformation architecture and B/OSS solutions.
My expertise includes presales and practice management. This has helped me, over the years, create multiple practices from scratch and successfully manage alliance and center-of-excellence teams. By using cloud-native and DevOps solutions, I help create innovative, high-performance, and scalable architectures and strategies. I am responsible for improving customer experience, operational excellence, and the cost-effectiveness of large-scale enterprise IT ecosystems.
My recent work includes:
• Leading the end-to-end architecture of a $60-million digital and cloud-native transformation of a supply chain’s ecosystem
• Implementing more than eight OSS transformation programs, including the modernization of network operations centers in Europe and the USA
• Leading a $120-million best-of-suite implementation
• Deploying a nation-wide FTTx network in the UK. Throughout my career, I have worked with many different clients across various industries.
I was often responsible for providing next-gen solutions to transform legacy networks, and driving intelligence and automation within service and network operations centers. I have written several white papers and articles on multiple digital and innovation solutions, including an external publication on transformation strategies.
I have also received customer awards for leading the architecture and implementation of a digital platform, and for co-authoring and presenting a whitepaper on service-quality benchmarking. I apply my strong understanding in these areas to better serve our clients, and ensure we provide them with the high-standard outcomes they expect and deserve from our solutions.
