Djille Verpoucke

  • Started as a young professional end 2019 and became part of the amazing Adobe Community.
  • After 4 months I received the opportunity to become the project manager of the Multi Client Support team that provides a service to 4 different projects within our practice.
    • I work with a young but highly motivated team that I help to develop themselves and make them up and running to be part of a build team.
    • I had the chance to work with our Romanian colleagues.
    • Currently I’m happy that beside Belgian resources, I also work with our Indian colleagues.
  • Together with some other colleagues I take care to welcome new resources in our practice.
    • Organize and give the needed trainings.
    • Make them feel welcome.
  • Setting up an off shore team in India that can support our Belgian teams.
  • Since 2 months I can call myself project manager of Epiroc.
  • I’m known as a real Pitbull as I know what I want and I will fight to get results BUT besides that I’m also known as the person where all my colleagues can count on, have a rage moment with and that will be there to help and support them.
  • Team spirit is my most important value.
  • Without the support I got, and still get, from my colleagues and service line manager and more in particular from my counselor, I would never have achieved what I did until today.

  • Cindy Claeys started in September 2016 as Young Professional @ Capgemini Belgium and is currently full-time Senior SAP Sourcing & Procurement Consultant.
  • Engaged and driven colleague who is always open for new ideas and a collegial chat.

  • Lucie started in February 2013 as Account Manager in Sogeti.
  • Promoted to Account Executive in 2015.
  • Appointed Chief Sales Officer of Sogeti Belgium in January 2018.
  • Appointed Head of Sales Capgemini & Sogeti BeLux in July 2018.
  • Promoted Vice-President in 2020.
  • Engaged in different leadership programs of Capgemini to promote diversity.

Myriam Van den Berge

Myriam Van den Berge

  • Myriam Van den Berge joined Capgemini in February 2000 and worked for different departments.
  • As an executive assistant she deals with a variety of people every day.
  • Working with people from different levels, ages and characters makes her work very various and interesting.
  • She makes the most out of her work, always willing to help people.
  • After all these years she gained the trust of many people as single point of contact.
  • It’s also good to see that over the years lots of women are really passionate about IT.  They bring high value to our company.
  • And on top of that, I have the pleasure to work for such inspiring women!  My final message to all of you: Carpe diem!.

 
Eloise Bouko

Eloise Bouko

  • Eloise Bouko started in February 2015 as Managing Software Engineer @ Capgemini Belgium and is currently at an engagement for the National Lottery as Release/Change Manager.
  • She is recognized throughout the company for her profound technical knowledge, her drive and client-centric mindset.
  • First woman to be lead of the Belgian Software Engineering community in 2021 and active member of the global Software Engineering Community, where we’re revamping the Software Engineering communities globally.
  • Lead of her own capability improving initiative she started in 2017 with focus on hands-on labs to learn new technologies, from which the latest technology is BlockChain.
  • She loves to be a counselor for her counselees and does that with great passion.

Nathalie Eeckman

Nathalie Eeckman 

  • Nathalie started her career @Capgemini Belgium in October 1998 as coach of interpersonal skills. She later engaged fully in the role of business consultant. Her current expertise lays in change- and transformation management on national/international environments and diverse sectors. With more than 20 years of experience in the world of consultancy, coaching and training, she’s highly recognized for her expertise within Capgemini.
  • She is the Community Lead of COBRA, the community of Business Analysts of Capgemini Belgium and set-up the internal certification path for BA within Belgium.
  • She is MBTI® certified and uses this tool to help clients and colleagues to consider other points of view and opinions. She participated in the Optima Conference (Belgium) in October 2002 with her presentation “Differences between people : opportunity or threat ? MBTI® as incitement.”
  • She thanks her long career within Capgemini to 2 values :
    • For her own career development, the value MOYOD (Master Of Your Own Destiny) has helped her to make to right choices.
    • For her collaboration with clients, the Collaborative Business Experience is key.

  • My two kids, aged 18 & 22, my biggest pride.
  • Knowing HR, Thinking Business, and Caring for people is my motto : I’m bringing every day more humanism and heart in the business and corporate world.
  • My 15 years in Capgemini, and my internal mobility across multiple roles in Sogeti Belux, Sogeti Corporate services headquartered in Paris, Group L&D in Paris / Les Fontaines, and Invent Belgium.
  • My training and certification as a coach – I am ICF certified professional coach, practicing coaching as side activity.
  • My training and daily practice in Mindfulness – completed the baseline program.
