– Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini looks like?

I’m an IT Business Analyst on mission in the Energy Industry, COBRA core team member (our Analyst community) and a Communication Team Member of my ADM Practice. Most of the day, I’ll focus on the task at hand at the client from analysis to testing and even Customer support sometimes. That’s what I love about being a Business Analyst: the variety.

During the day, I might also take care of the organization of events for COBRA, Capgemini’s Analyst community, or for my practice, we are always trying to share interesting topics or events to get together.

– What is the best thing about working at Capgemini?

Work life balance and being respected as an individual. As a Coach and Powerlifter on my free time, work life balance is essential to manage my mental load. Capgemini has respected that; I always feel that I can come forth with my questions and worries and they will find an answer, I’m being considered, and I can be myself.

– What makes you proud to work at Capgemini?

Work ethic and transparency, all the colleagues from Capgemini I’ve had the luck to work with have a strong work ethic and are driven to bring the best solution to their customers. I’m also proud that Capgemini’s invest a lot in CSR, Woman at Capgemini and sponsors Rugby 😉.

– How are you working towards the future you want?

Hand to hand with my counselor, we brainstorm together and take advantage of the training pipeline available at Capgemini. Capgemini Global also offers internal certification for their employees; making sure our skills meet the market’s needs and ours.

– What advice would you give to someone joining Capgemini?

BE YOURSELF, be proactive with your counselor and don’t hesitate to get involved in one of the communities with a topic that interests you.
