Member of the Group Executive Committee 

In January 2026, Niraj Parihar was appointed COO Americas at Capgemini responsible for overseeing overall operations of the Strategic Business Unit, developing and driving strategic initiatives for profitable business growth.

Prior to this, Niraj was CEO of the Insights & Data (I&D) Global Business Line from 2023 to 2025 where he was responsible for driving growth and transforming Capgemini’s portfolio of generative and agentic AI, Cloud Data & AI platform, AI & Data Engineering, Data Strategy, Analytics and Data Science, and Data Governance. Niraj joined the Group Executive Committee on 1 January 2023.

Niraj joined Capgemini in 2010 and has held various leadership roles including Managing Director of the I&D Global Business Line in India, Global Delivery Leader for Insurance, and Center Head for Hyderabad. As part of the India Country Board, Niraj was the business sponsor for Diversity & Inclusion and President of Capgemini’s WeKare NGO, known for leading key employee engagement and new generation talent transformation initiatives.

Before joining Capgemini, Niraj was the National Sales Director of Lionbridge Technologies, and also worked for Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd.

Niraj holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from JNV University, India. He also earned his Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) credentials from CIMA while at Capgemini.
