Recruitment process for graduates

Following a review of applications and completion of initial phone and Teams interview+case, a select group of candidates will be invited to spend a half-day onsite at one of Capgemini Invent offices in Sweden, Denmark or Finland. During this visit, participants will collaborate on a group case and present their findings, solutions and recommendations to our senior consultants. This experience offers valuable insight into the type of challenges our consultants face and provides an opportunity to learn more about our organization and culture. 

Candidates who progress beyond this stage will be invited to a final interview with a Capability Unit Manager or equivalent, before potentially receiving an offer to join Capgemini Invent. 

Recruitment process for experienced hires

If you are an experienced candidate with relevant work experience, the recruitment process typically consists of three interviews. Cases are often conducted as a complement to assess your analytical skills.
