Raj Nath is currently Head of Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Industrial, and Life Sciences (MALS) US at Capgemini where he, along with his team, has driven double-digit growth in the business over the last four years. He is passionate about delivering the business outcomes that matter the most for clients and shaping diverse, high-performing teams. Raj joined the Group Executive Committee in January 2025.

Prior to his current role, Raj was Chief Executive Officer of Sogeti US, part of the Capgemini Group. During his tenure and through a strong client focus, his team doubled the business unit’s revenue within a five-year period.

Raj joined Capgemini in 1996 and has since established a proven track record of success across all aspects of the business, including advisory, consulting, delivery management, business development, and P&L management.

Raj holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, a Master of Science in Computer Science, and an MBA in Strategy, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Healthcare from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
