Before my time at Capgemini Invent, my life was a versatile combination of work and study. I carried out studies within strategic management, digital services and ICT enabled platforms in three different countries, while holding multiple line positions within sales, pricing, and customer service. After graduation in 2015, I chose to pursue an international career at Capgemini Invent.

What characterizes the people and culture at Capgemini Invent?

I found Capgemini Invent appealing due to peer recommendations and an overall reputation as an employee-centric workplace. The reputation was reinforced during the interview process and I was much eager to join the atmosphere that evoked such a strong sense of community. I have had the pleasure to work with fun and clever colleagues who are always up for the challenge. At Capgemini Invent, the work is built around teamwork, innovation, and co-creation while still encouraging individual achievement and allowing a great deal of autonomy. Each consultant’s professional development is also fostered via a counselor relationship with a senior colleague to enable the growth and movement within the Capgemini Invent career framework.

Looking back at your years at Capgemini Invent, what are your key takeaways and highlights so far?

For the last 5+ years at Capgemini Invent, I have witnessed the disruption of the fourth industrial revolution. I have seen how leading organizations have been forced to behave as living entities, redesign their businesses, and constantly adapt to a change. By working in international and multidisciplinary teams, I have helped companies and public organizations across three continents to find new sources of value and turn ideas into prototypes and scalable real-world solutions. I have been fortunate to gain experiences from a dozen successful business transformations within High Tech, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, and Public sector. Through these ventures, I have obtained knowledge ranging from top-line growth with new products, services, and business models to operational efficiency with emerging digital technologies and platforms.

How does Capgemini Invent support your development?

At Capgemini Invent, your journey is supported with an extensive online curriculum, global/local face-to-face consulting skills training courses, and an in-house digital certification program. I have been privileged to also acquire certificates for Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe 4.0 & 5.0) and attend in few of our Digital Innovation and Transformation Events running at Our University in Serge Kampf Les Fontaines Campus in France.

What is your best advice to a student or a young professional who dream to start a career at Capgemini Invent?

Pursuing a career in consulting at Capgemini Invent has been undoubtedly a valuable choice for me. It has enabled me to satisfy my curiosity and desire to invent new solutions to interesting problems. If you are motivated, enjoy problem-solving and have an interest in helping organizations to invent their futures, Capgemini Invent could suit you. We are open for new graduates from various fields of disciplines, but some background of commercial awareness and understanding of business environments is a great asset.
