– What do you love about being an architect?

What I really love about being an architect is the interaction with clients to understand their challenges from a people perspective. Yes, people, not technology. This allows me to have interesting conversations about common matters, to understand how the person on the client side sees technology and processes. It allows me to design services and use the Capgemini portfolio of offers as a mosaic to handle specific expectations and get off the beaten path of talking about technology.

– How does Capgemini empower you to master your skills as an architect?

Capgemini has numerous tools for personal development and client-approach preparation. The ones I use most are: sales newsletter info (if you don´t receive it, sign up for it now), i-PORT material, partners’ material (servicenow, GCP, Azure, AWS), Gartner articles, and CTIO articles and videos.

– What do you love about the way of working at Capgemini?

Capgemini has a special atmosphere that I will try to explain as: amazing people, courtesy, direct communication, and most important La Niaque.

– How does this all combine for you to have passion for what you do?

The Capgemini brand, La Niaque, and Reference cases push me into the healthy position of always waiting for more. It’s incredible that the more you pull and give back to the Group, the more you receive and evolve as a person and as a professional.

– What was the most memorable moment in your Capgemini journey?

Being at the Capgemini Serge Kampf Les Fontaines campus has definitely been a life-changing experience. I remember my first visit a couple of years ago, and to this day, every time I have a confirmed event, I feel incredible energy, even before I arrive.
