Since joining Capgemini six years ago, I’ve dedicated approximately 12,480 hours to building, maintaining, and refactoring software using Angular. While I may not yet consider myself an “expert” by Gladwell’s definition, the maturity I’ve developed—especially during my time on Manufacturing sector — has been shaped by working alongside an exceptional team.

We began as a team of five talents. From day one, we understood our roles, trusted each other’s strengths, and consistently pushed one another to grow. We always remembered that we were teammates that would share both successes and the challenges together. Whatever the outcome with the client, it was always a Capgemini result, not an individual one.
