Do’s and Don’ts

Webmasters should add the text in the respective blocks and banners as per the set character limit for a particular block. The character limit of content in a block should not reach the maximum threshold.

Note: Most of the blocks do not have a character limit like Hero bleed banner

Webmasters should add Yoast meta fields SEO Title, Slug and Meta Descriptions for all the social media previews. Refer to the example below:

Fill in the SEO Title, Slug and Meta Description fields such that the bar reaches green colour. Refer to the screenshots below.

Ensure that the perm is created in the View Page field. Using the permalink, you can be redirected to the page that you have created. Refer to the screenshot below.

• Ensure that you mention the Parent page of your Child page under the Page attributes section as shown in the screenshot below.

• If the page that you have created is a Parent page or within a post type, then there is no need to mention the Parent page. Refer to the screenshot below.

All the pages should have taxonomies as shown in the screenshots below:

The images used on the pages should have ALT text at the CMS and at the webpage. Refer to below example.

Example- for services

• The images should have ALT text at the CMS as shown in the screenshot below.

• The images should have ALT text on the Webpage as shown in the screenshot below.

• Important note: Avoid adding GIF images as hero banners.

Use the H tags hierarchy for the titles used in the blocks within the page.

Upload only the images that are not big in size. For example, you can upload images that are in KBs, while avoiding those that are in MBs. Refer to the screenshot below.
