Forms

Forms are included on a page to allow the capture of someone’s contact details.

A user will submit their details to gain access to a report, to subscribe to a mailing list, or with an enquiry requiring a response.

All Forms are created in the back end by the Web Team. In order to connect to Pardot, the Web Team requires the Pardot Handler url in the form https://go.capgeminigroup.com/l/95412/2022-07-26/6yfmy2. This is created by the Pardot team.

Only the web team can create, edit and publish Forms within the site.

Forms can be created to register users for an event, to gain valuable feedback and also to receive acknowledgement about various new versions. It can be created once in the backend and be used various times on different pages through Form ID.

There is no specific landing page to find the forms on the website, but the backend has a list of forms which can be used in the to-be-created pages. Also, you may go ahead and create new forms according to the requirements.
