Focused on creating market changers and transforming large companies using artificial intelligence and big data, Charlotte Pierron-Perlès heads the Insights for Intelligent Industry division and is a member of the executive committee of Capgemini Invent France.
Charlotte joined the Capgemini consulting company in 2005 after studying at ESCP-EAP and Paris II. She began her career in working on topics related to the transformation of operations, using digital technology and data as key levers for optimizing and creating new services.
For 13 years as a CxO partner, Charlotte has helped large international companies design their artificial intelligence strategy, invent new business models, and accelerate the end-to-end implementation of their data-driven transformation.
Charlotte leads a team of more than 200 talented individuals, comprising of consultants, IT specialists, UX-UI designers, and technical experts who develop and deliver innovative strategies and products which harness the power of artificial intelligence and big data. Charlotte also develops and powers a valuable ecosystem of smart technology companies and academics, bringing further innovation to clients and her team.
Passionate about wanting to offer a better world to her 3 children and develop a company employees want to work for, Charlotte leads societal and inclusion initiatives where women and AI are at the center.
