After a 10-year experience in Consulting, Jean-Dominique joined Capgemini in 2017. He started as part of European Strategic Business Unit in France and served in a variety of roles, involving large-scale presales and engagements. Then he joined the Financial Service Market Unit in 2019 to lead their Digital Customer Experience Practice in France. In 2020, he took on the role of Salesforce Center of Excellence head for Continental Europe. He actively contributed to launch new disruptive offers as Human-2-Human Banking by Salesforce and Hyper-personalization by Pega. Jean-Dominique is based in Paris and is very passionate about helping our clients craft successful digital customer experience strategies, put them into practice, and continually optimize them for long-term success.
