Shyamsree is Specialist in BI, Big Data, Cloud and AI/ML data solutions for Healthcare Payer, Provider, and Life Sciences domains. She is a TOGAF 9 certified Enterprise Architect who has led large scale Data Transformation and Modernization initiatives for some of the biggest Healthcare Plans and Pharma companies. She has been a customer advisory in driving business focussed innovations and defining data roadmaps to directly influence revenue growth and cost avoidance. She has led large teams of architects to deliver end to end data strategy, cloud modernization, simplification and rationalization of data landscape for Healthcare Payers and Providers as part of multi million dollar initiatives.
Currently Shyamsree serves as Senior Director, Insurance Insights and Data Sector Leader for Capgemini India. She leads sales, delivery and innovation for Health, Life, P&C and Reinsurance customers. She owns a dedicated Center of Excellence for Healthcare Insights and Data which is a domain centric group leading specific offerings in the space of FHIR, Outcome Analytics, Reinforcement Learning driven Treatment Effectiveness, Care Gap and other Value Based Care solutions.
