After 8 years in the automotive industry, Claudia Crummenerl joined Capgemini Invent for their reputation in organizational transformation and change management. The People and Organization teams represent the employee perspective in change projects and support clients in the design and implementation of their transformation.

Claudia is an expert in the people perspective of digital, looking after how leadership in the digital age is evolving, how talents and workforce transform through automation and AI and how to engage with employees during the transformation process. Her projects mainly are in an international context, e.g. rolling out a new sales strategy to over 28 markets or supporting a client in transforming to an agile organization across key European markets. Claudia’s industry expertise lies in the Automotive and Manufacturing sector.

Claudia’s competency areas are on future leadership and talent, organizational dexterity, change management and rollout for large (digital) transformation processes in an international context. During her career, Claudia led several teams of different sizes and over 12 years of leadership experience in industry and consulting.

With Capgemini Invent’s strategic focus on Digital Transformation, Claudia has focusing her thought leadership on how digital is transforming leadership, workforce and organizations. She has been a co-author for the reputed German language “Change Management Study” in 2012, 2015 and 2017. Since 2017, Claudia has contributed to Capgemini’s Digital Transformation Institute research and is one of the global spokespersons for the research.

For an energy company with global/European focus, Claudia was responsible for building a Digital Transformation Office which included building digital skills, change management, digital KPIs and portfolio management.
For a global automotive company, Claudia was the project lead for change management of a global sales strategy rollout. Being responsible for the central change support, she focused on the integration of the different sub-projects and the development and iteration of a global implementation approach.
