Capgemini named a Leader and Customer Favorite in The Forrester Wave™: SAP Services In Europe, Q2 2025

We are thrilled that Capgemini has been recognized as a ‘Leader’ in this evaluation with the highest scores in the Strategy and Current Offering categories.

The Forrester Wave™: SAP Services In Europe, Q2 2025, states that Capgemini has a strong global partnership ecosystem. This includes hyperscalers and Mistral AI, which support clients in establishing internal GenAI centers of excellence (COEs) to drive innovation.

We are especially proud to be named a “Customer Favorite”, in Forrester’s evaluation. In the report, Dario Maisto, Senior Analyst and report author writes, “Customers particularly appreciate that Capgemini’s teams can break down delivery silos; they report that they couldn’t ask for more from the service provider.”

In December 2024, Capgemini acquired Syniti, a leader in enterprise data management software and services to augment its capabilities to meet growing client demand for complex data migrations.  In the report, Forrester states that “the acquisition of 1,200-plus global and data-focused experts reinforces its distinguished vision for data-driven digital core business transformation services.”

The Forrester report further cites that “Capgemini excels with its solution accelerators and prebuilt IP as well as its core implementation and hyperscaler services.
