What would your learning-journey look like at Capgemini Invent?

As a new consultant, you will early on be involved in high level projects and digital transformation journeys. You will soon be collaborating with colleagues in  supporting organizations and multinational corporations in transforming their businesses, from the development of innovative digital strategies through to execution, with a consistent focus on sustainable results.

When joining Capgemini Invent, you will have access to our global learning offerings developed at Capgemini’s own university located at Château Les Fontaines, outside Paris, to develop core consulting skills and build an international network with colleagues from around the world. The university also offers specialist and advanced courses in support of your long term career development.This is complemented by extensive local and regional course offerings covering topics such as change management and business case development.

As a consultant, at any level, you will be assigned a mentor who supports and coaches you in your career. In addition to your practice affiliation you will also be a member of the internal Business Analysis Group (BAG) during your time as a Consultant and Senior Consultant. BAG supports the organization with market analyses, benchmarking, sales support and social activities and will help develop both your consultancy skills and your internal network.

What do we look for in a candidate?

We are looking for top-performing individuals with a Master’s degree in business and/or engineering. Grades, previous work experience, extracurricular engagements, language skills and international experience are all taken into consideration. We value team players with strong analytical skills, business understanding, a results driven mind-set and an ambition to constantly stay ahead.
