“I am proud to work for an organization that values innovation, integrity, and people.”

In my early employment, I carried out assignments for writing E-learning tutorials, academic papers, ezines, blog posts, and newsletters. With my growing interest in CRM, I began my Salesforce journey by earning certifications in SF Administrator and Marketing Cloud. In 2019, I joined Capgemini, and since then, I have gained diverse experience in CRM tool administration, marketing automation, and business analysis. I have been part of large-scale digital transformation projects, collaborating closely with stakeholders across Business teams, SMEs, Architects, Project Management, and Development teams. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of business processes and honed my ability to navigate complex environments successfully.
