“At Capgemini, you’re valued for who you are – empowered to be your authentic self every day.”

I’m originally from India and moved to Sweden in 2016 to pursue my master’s degree. I joined Capgemini in 2021 as a Business Analyst Consultant, and since then I have primarily been working with automotive clients. I’m someone who genuinely values people and enjoys working collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders. I like building strong relationships and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

What made you decide to apply to and join Capgemini?

I was previously working at a product-based company and was looking for an opportunity to move into consulting. When I read about Capgemini, its work culture, and the well-known tagline “Get the Future You Want” – it really appealed to me. As someone who enjoys exploring different opportunities and roles rather than staying confined to one area, I felt Capgemini was the right place for me to grow and challenge myself.

Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

I work as a Senior Agile Leader at Capgemini. In addition to my client responsibilities, I am also the Capgemini OUTfront Nordics Gothenburg Lead and the point of contact for the Unionen board.

A typical day for me involves collaborating with teams, attending meetings, supporting colleagues, and helping solve challenges whenever needed. I also enjoy taking coffee breaks with colleagues – it is a great way to connect, exchange ideas, and build relationships. I am very passionate about creating a positive and empathetic work environment where people feel supported and valued.

How are you working toward the future you want?

I am a very open-minded person who enjoys taking on new roles and challenges that help me grow both personally and professionally. Capgemini provides excellent opportunities for learning, certifications, and skill development, which help me continuously strengthen my competencies. The variety of clients and projects also allows me to explore different industries and contribute in meaningful ways while shaping the future I want for myself.

How do you notice Capgemini’s efforts to create an inclusive environment?

Capgemini has a strong commitment to inclusion, diversity, and zero discrimination. Being part of OUTfront, I have personally experienced and contributed to many of these inclusion initiatives. Capgemini truly believes in creating a welcoming and inclusive workplace where everyone can be themselves, regardless of their background, identity, or where they come from. This culture of respect and belonging is something I genuinely value.

What is your best advice for a student who dreams of starting a career at Capgemini?

I would definitely recommend trying out Capgemini’s award-winning graduate program. It is a well-structured program with strong mentorship opportunities, exposure to real client projects, and a supportive learning environment. It also gives you the flexibility to explore different career paths and discover what suits you best while building a strong professional foundation.
