Why did you join Capgemini Engineering and the trainee program IgnITe?

I wanted to get a quick start in my professional life, developing both technical and interpersonal skills.

Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

I begin my day with a cup of coffee, reviewing my previous work and progress. As my colleagues arrive, we exchange morning greetings and engage in casual conversation. Our daily planning meeting follows, where we discuss current challenges, highlight key issues, and plan our activities for the day and week ahead.

How does your work challenge you?

There are always diverse and complex problems that need solving. For motivated individuals, there are numerous opportunities to take initiative, select challenging projects, and drive them to successful completion.
