Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini Engineering look like?

I currently have a split role that and one part is as a Team Manager handling a fantastic team within the Mechanical & Physical Engineering. In my role as a Solutions Manager I build the solution, value proposal & content, for specific client requests and anticipating customer needs. I believe that fun and hard work is the key to feel a belonging to anything. Without that you won’t feel you have the ownership that will help you thrive.

What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini Engineering?

I chose to work as a consultant because I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do. As a consultant I got the chance to find out what I like, and I could develop into directions I didn’t think I wanted.

I work with a team that is global and I learn new things almost every day, both from management but also from my team.

How are you working towards the future you want?

There is always a chance to prove your leadership skills and I have experienced that it is possible to grow within the company and get a leading role.
