Tell us about your role. How does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

My life at Capgemini is very diverse, from recruiting one day, to having coaching talks with the team members I manage on another day. As I have a dual role both as an Engagement Manager and Team Lead/Manager.  I also interact with our customers, ensuring that the support they receive meets both their and our expectations, and securing that we have the right people to support them. A day in the office is filled with great conversations with people working within Capgemini, and everyone is always very helpful.

As a team manager, how would you define your style of leadership?

My leadership style is based on trust, availability, and kindness. I strive to support my team with both smaller issues and more complex problems, coaching them so that they feel confident in making tough decisions and supporting them in their career progression. I want them to feel that they can always come to me for guidance when they need it.

How do you notice Capgemini’s efforts to create an inclusive environment?
