Why did you join Capgemini Engineering?

When Altran was acquired by Capgemini, I was immediately drawn to the company’s global presence and incredible opportunities. My first visit to the office was transformative – the welcoming atmosphere, warm environment, and tight-knit culture made an instant impression. Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini looks like?

Representing Capgemini at a customer site fills me with pride. My daily responsibilities span the entire product development process – from intricate design work to cross-functional stakeholder communication and supplier meetings. This comprehensive role continuously challenges me to become a more versatile and skilled engineer. Knowing that Capgemini trusts and supports me is incredibly motivating.

How does your work challenges you?

The most exciting aspect of my work is its broad, dynamic scope. Unlike my early career, where design tasks were narrowly defined, Capgemini has empowered me to take on increasingly complex responsibilities. I’ve transformed from a junior engineer following instructions to a confident professional driving innovation.
