“You should join Capgemini if you are a person who wants to grow, work with exciting clients, and have fun.”

I studied computer science at KTH a few years back and after that, I started working for a government agency. After having been there for a while, I felt an urge to move on to gain more experience. When I started the recruiting process for Capgemini, I noticed several things that I found attractive – the main thing being the impression that Capgemini is a great place to develop your career and grow as a person. That is probably the biggest reason why I joined.

What makes you passionate about your work?

There are two things that come to mind – the first one is when I feel like I am having fun, and the second one is when I get to grow and develop my competence. I am quite new here I but get the sense that Capgemini is a good fit for both of those things.

How does Capgemini support your development?

During my relatively short time here, I feel like I have already grown a lot. Partly because of the huge amount of competence within my team, and partly because Capgemini provides access to great educational tools. They also have big clients where you can learn through exciting projects. Overall, I think we have the freedom to shape our own career here – get the future you want, as they say.

What characterizes the people and culture at Capgemini?

A few aspects of the Capgemini culture are its diversity, competence, and the attitude that you should have fun at work. I have met a lot of amazing people who have welcomed me and given me a lot of support as a new employee here.

Why should you join Capgemini?

You should join Capgemini if you are a person who wants to grow, work with exciting clients, and have fun. If you want independence and flexibility, I believe you can find that here.
