“Whether you’re working on a project or exploring new technologies, there’s always someone willing to share knowledge or lend a hand.”

Before joining Capgemini, I studied a Bachelor’s in Statistics & Data Analytics at Linköping University. Since then, I’ve worked across various technologies and industries, with the freedom to explore different roles and focus on areas that interest me. The IgnITe program gave me a strong start, offering a great introduction to consulting and the many career paths within the data space.

What made you decide to apply to and join Capgemini?

After finishing my studies, I was keen to kick off my career through a trainee program. When I spoke to different companies at events, Capgemini’s IgnITe program really caught my attention. As a bit of a data nerd, I wanted to work somewhere that offered the chance to dive into both data engineering and more advanced analytics like machine learning.

Capgemini seemed like a great fit – it’s a large, innovative company with a wide range of clients and projects. That variety, combined with the focus on new technologies, made me feel like it was the right place to grow and explore different areas within data.
