Before starting my current role as a Cloud Consultant at Capgemini, I studied Informatics, Technical Sales Engineering, and Pedagogy. During my time at Capgemini, I’ve worked in several roles such as Epic Owner, Tech Lead, Technical Project Manager, and Project Coordinator. These experiences have helped me build a strong mix of technical and leadership skills, which I now apply in different types of projects and client work.

What made you decide to apply to and join Capgemini?

I was looking for a company where I could grow both technically and professionally while working on meaningful projects. Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

I’m currently part of a large-scale cloud migration project at Capgemini. My role involves overseeing the technical aspects of the migration process, including planning, testing, and coordinating with various stakeholders. A typical day includes reviewing migration plans, ensuring technical requirements are met, managing timelines, and facilitating communication between teams. I also spend time troubleshooting issues, supporting testing activities, and making sure everything aligns with the overall project goals. It’s a dynamic environment that requires both technical insight and strong collaboration skills.

How does Capgemini support my development?

Capgemini has been very supportive of my professional development. Over the past three years, I’ve had the opportunity to earn 10 certifications in areas such as Azure, project management, and other diverse technical domains. This has helped me stay up to date with the latest technologies and strengthen both my technical and leadership capabilities.
