“If you’re looking for an inclusive, open environment where you can grow, take ownership, and be the captain of your own journey, Capgemini is definitely the place for you.”

I began my career in logistics, postal services, and digital communications in 2008, starting in a warehouse, moving to the production line, and eventually becoming a coordinator and then a project manager.

In 2019, I shifted my focus and interest to Salesforce. During the following years, I implemented the Salesforce platform for many of the largest non-profit organizations in Sweden. In August 2022, I joined Capgemini as a Managing Application Consultant on the Salesforce team and began my current role as Head of Salesforce Practice in early 2025.

What made you decide to apply to and join Capgemini?

I decided to join Capgemini because I was impressed by the company and the opportunities it provides. Additionally, I was drawn to the supportive environment and the potential for personal and professional growth within the organization. I also appreciated that Capgemini encourages employees to explore different areas beyond Salesforce, which allows me to expand my skills and experience.

Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

In my role, I lead the Salesforce practice in Sweden, setting the overall strategy and objectives. I work closely with GSIP, the Center of Excellence (CoE), and Salesforce to align strategy, best practices, and innovation. While keeping up with the latest technology and market trends, I also focus on the team, ensuring we have a strong mix of skills and the best people in the Salesforce ecosystem. In addition, I also serve as the Engagement and program manager for the Salesforce initiative we are delivering for clients in the defense sector.

How does your work challenge you?

I am consistently challenged and provided with growth opportunities, which I find very rewarding. I also value being part of shaping future directions and influencing strategic decisions. Additionally, I find it highly fulfilling to support and develop others. Helping people reach their full potential and achieve their goals is something I truly cherish.

What characterizes the people and culture at Capgemini?

I see Capgemini as a great place to work. Everyone is dedicated, supportive, and always willing to help each other succeed. We foster an inclusive culture where people are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work and are allowed to grow into the best versions of themselves.

Why should you join Capgemini?

The best thing about working at Capgemini is the ability to shape your own future and career. If you’re looking for an inclusive, open environment where you can grow, take ownership, and be the captain of your own journey, Capgemini is definitely the place for you.
