At Capgemini, the opportunities to grow and achieve your goals are limitless – but it’s up to you to make it happen.

When I joined Capgemini as Head of Talent Acquisition in the Nordics, my mission was clear: to build a centralized recruitment function in Sweden from the ground up. Together with my team, we’ve grown that vision into the Talent Acquisition organization we have today, now encompassing Employer Branding and Onboarding.

At Capgemini, I’ve seen firsthand what Get the Future You Want truly means. With the trust to deliver and the freedom to innovate, the opportunities to shape the future are endless.

What made you decide to apply to and join Capgemini?

It was the first impression I got when I stepped into the office. I liked the atmosphere, and the global environment combined with a down-to-earth culture. People were so friendly, and my perception of consulting firms being tough environments didn’t match the feeling I got here. I hadn’t initially planned to join Capgemini, but during the interviews, I gained confidence in the leadership, and the company’s values aligned well with my own.

How does Capgemini support your development?

By giving me the space to take the initiative and the opportunities to carry out what I want to achieve. Whatever I personally want to develop in, I’m given the chance to do so—there’s no one holding me back. With all the training we offer and the variety of areas and units, it’s like a buffet for anyone curious about different fields. Whether I want to earn a black belt in Excel or improve my presentation skills, I can take those courses for free. Everything is accessible to everyone, and you’re always encouraged to try something new.

As a team manager, how would you define your style of leadership?

Coaching, supportive, and attentive. I adapt to the individual, as I believe different people need different types of support or follow-up. Some might need weekly check-ins, while for others, once a month is enough. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all leadership style. I see the individual and think that’s incredibly important. My role is to help the people in my team succeed.

What do you do to help inspire your team?

I believe in leading by example and creating a transparent environment where no idea or opinion is considered silly or wrong. It’s important that everyone feels safe in our context and knows they can freely express themselves.

In our team, we also focus on joint efforts for development. Every year, we conduct a SWOT analysis together to reflect on our collaboration, work, and achievements. Based on this, we collectively decide on actions, and everyone gets involved in driving them forward.

Why join Capgemini?

At Capgemini, the opportunities to grow and achieve your goals are limitless – but it’s up to you to make it happen. Our culture is helpful, friendly, and unpretentious, with a rich mix of backgrounds and traditions. Here, collaboration takes precedence over hierarchy – we succeed together.
