I joined Capgemini in 2011 as a Delivery Architect. After several years working closely with consultants from Capgemini, I was impressed by their professionalism, expertise, and the values they represented. When the opportunity came to join the company, the decision felt natural. Nearly 15 years later, I’m still partnering with the same major global client, now in the role of Technology Architect within their fulfilment area – and I continue to find new ways to grow. 
 

What made you decide to apply to and join Capgemini?

Before joining, I had already collaborated with Capgemini consultants and admired both their competence and their way of working. The company made a strong professional impression, and several colleagues recommended Capgemini as a place where people truly thrive.

What makes you passionate about your work? 

I’m passionate about solving complex problems and creating solutions that genuinely help clients in their business. There’s a special satisfaction in seeing how the right technical choices can simplify processes, unlock efficiency, and contribute to long-term success. Being able to make that impact is what motivates me every day. 

How are you working toward the future you want? 

I regularly align my goals with my manager to ensure I’m moving in the right direction and getting the support I need. If training or certifications are required, I know I can ask for approval – and that Capgemini will invest in my development. I also seek out assignments that challenge me and help me grow toward the future I envision for my career.
